Document management


During the archiving projects several million documents (for example in case of the Central Administration of National Pension Insurance 150 million images) were digitalized. Prior to the document processing these forms were stored at branch offices at different areas of the country.

As the result of this project the digitalized documents were indexed and stored in optical discs.


A registry and archiving system that was created mainly for the purposes of pension funds. The system has the following functions: digitalizing, registering and managing documents (with a simple, user friendly workflow that is similar to forwarding paper based documents), archiving.


This product was designed for the processing of Payment Order Forms. The NEPOS is a distributed system. The main advantage of it is that these order forms can be sent from the bank branches to a Centralized Back Office, where the processing will take place. The secure communication between the branch and the Back Office is achieved by MSMQ, while the system communicates with the bank’s core system via an XML based interface.

GenScan 3.0

A .NET based digitalizing application, which enables the simple processing of documents; thereby the process does not require human interaction.
